The parking situation requires improvement!!! It's a hassle to find external parking so far away!!! the fitness center feels inadequate for a five-star designation!!!

A birthday surprise made special

Our birthday weekend at the hotel was incredible! Staff helped organize a little surprise, making our stay feel extra special. The room was immaculate and clean, and having chocolates added charm.

The bar atmosphere was a disappointment. the smoky air could have been better managed. the lack of a kettle in the room felt odd for a high-end establishment, leaving us dependent on room service for drinks.

my experience at this hotel was a joy, enhanced by its wonderful central location near Old City Riga and Vermane Garden where I enjoyed many pleasant strolls during my stay.

The welcome chocolates and personal note made our arrival special. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore Riga's beautiful architecture and attractions during our stay.

This was just a strong match for a brief pit stop in Riga with fantastic value for money. The sauna experience was a highlight, being able to reserve it for private use added a nice touch.

All together was good stay. Breakfast was delicious with a large selection. My room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Excellent location for exploring.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town, with easy walking access to many attractions. The spacious room was elegantly decorated and provided a luxurious retreat for our family after a day of exploring. Our kids loved the friendly atmosphere and the staff were attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.

The fitness center lacks sufficient equipment, which could be improved who prefer working out.

The location of the Grand Palace Hotel cannot be beaten. just steps away from the heart of Old Town. The ambiance carries a charming blend of history and elegance. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, although I wished for more hot items. The highlight was definitely the outstanding service from the staff, always available to help with a smile. the fitness center left much to be desired. it felt lacking and had limited equipment. The bar's atmosphere was elegant yet it felt a bit unwelcoming on some occasions, particularly with staff being hard to find. whilst I enjoyed the stay immensely due to the location and service, the hotel's amenities could use some enhancement.

I appreciated the hotel's prime location which allowed me to easily explore the charming architecture nearby.
